The ice cream here is so good. I don't mind paying a higher price to get it. There is a lot of stuff on the menu as well if you do not feel like buying ice cream. They can do deliveries for events and have special deals at times for students.

This is THE place to go for Cheese and Ice Cream in Pullman! This is also the cheapest place to get cans of Cougar Gold cheese. Try the cheese curds they are my favorite for a snack but they also have snack size of Ghost pepper cheese and regular cougar gold cheese! They sell milkshakes which are yummy and coffee drinks. Oh and they also have a smoked sausage that is one of the best ones I have had and it is made locally!

fast service and the BEST cheese and ice cream. my boyfriend and his dad had the milkshakes and they loved those as well. cant go wrong with anything here! everything is so tasty. they also sell honey and seasonings. cheese comes in little bite size baggies, wedges, and cans.

Super upbeat and friendly, The Establishment was clean inside and out. The bathrooms were clean. The day that we went was extremely busy but they still found time to accommodate our allergy requests. We ordered milkshakes oh, they were very tasty but quite expensive. Two milkshakes came to $15. Yikes!

Beat ice cream just about anywhere. They have restrictive hours, but it's worth finding the time. WSU made ice cream, cheese, sausage, and a little coffee shop too. The ice cream is so good I've bought dry ice multiple times to get it to people across state.

I kind of don't want more people to know about this place than already do because I am older now and if I have to fight Thunderdome style over a dwindling supply of Tin Lizzy that can't keep up with the demand there is a possibility that I might not win. I'm not cool with that.

Be prepared to stand in line if you go there when there is an event on campus. Don't let that stop you. Just go and enjoy some is the best ice cream around. Also, pick up some Cougar cheese. The ice cream is smooth, refreshing and full of flavor. We go there ever time we are in town.

Oh my goodness! If your at WSU you have got to stop in and sample some of their cheeses and then relax while eating some of their ice cream. I may stop in there before visiting my daughter! Or just go to visit Ferdinand's and not tell her.

Love this business which employees students and has the most delicious ice cream and cheese. Can’t decide on a flavor? Get a sample! I get ice cream from their deep freezer and it makes it to Seattle! I do get dry ice if I am buying grabbers to take home tho.. Great service and great products ❤️

Amazing! This ice cream was delicious. I highly recommend chocolate cookie dough, which is an uncommon flavor that's available here. Watch out for the limited hours though, which may be extended onto the weekends for Cougar football game days, so keep your eyes peeled for those extra hours.

Absolutely fantastic ice cream how can you pick a favorite when they are all so good?

Here for mom's weekend. We and what seemed like 400 other mom/kid combos waited in line for their lemon/honey ice cream. Completely worth it! Absolutely delicious. I hope this isn't just an option for this weekend, because we plan on trying to get some when we come back to pick up the kid!

Great ice cream and cheese, the flavor is incredible and the servers were very nice. The prices are very affordable, especially with how much you get. My advice, if you're looking for the most well known Huckleberry swirl, get in early as it runs out fast!

Incredibly creamy creations from the WSU student body at a fraction of the cost of normal artisan scoops.One scoop sets you back $2.25 and a grabber (oatmeal cookie sandwich) is $3.50. These are the two items I bought: a one scoop split of apple crisp/vanilla cookie dough and a huckleberry grabber.Don’t come here for wild concoctions. Flavors taste traditional and fresh. This is creamy on a Garden Creamery (SF) level. Hands down the best ice cream in Washington.

Home-made ice cream never tasted so good. Cheeses, coffee treats and more, all on the Washington State University campus. Take home some cheese crumbles in a baggie. Or, but a tin of your favorite. Caution: Even though the tinned cheeses have an extraordinary shelf life, you'll consume them much too quickly and be wanting for more. Five stars all the way.

The best ice cream in Eastern Washington. Made from the freshest milk milk from the cows owned by WSU. The cheese factory producing all the tins of cheese for pick-up or shipping anywhere in the world. I was here in the early 70s when it was in Troy hall now they have the beautiful facilities on-campus out by the indoor football facilities.

It's the best ice cream I've ever had. I recommend to try their vanilla ice cream, the texture is very smooth and silky, and the taste itself very creamy and milky.
